Game #18 - Victoria Travellers Inn 13, River City Rockers 0, 5 innings - McKenzie fires SECOND PERFECT GAME OF THE DAY

Victoria Traveller's Inn Fastpitch team have wrapped up the round-robin portion of the Rose Cup Tourney in Portland, Oregon with a 3-0 record after beating Sacramento, Calif., River City Rockers this afternoon 13-0 in 5 innings. With the win Traveller's Inn wrap up first place on their side of the draw
and a bye straight to the championship quarter-finals Sunday morning at 11:00 A.M. Their opponent in that game will be determined in early Sunday morning games. Collin McKenzie fired his second perfect game of the day in beating the Rockers - he put down 15 batters in a row, including striking out 10. Earlier today McKenzie had thrown a 7-inning perfect game against Fullerton, Calif. Leafs. Glenn Ormsby led the offence with a 3-run home run in the 1st inning. Kevin Bobroske went 2-2 and hit a 2-run homer, giving him a home run in each game today. Gerry Kennedy went 2-3 with 5 RBI's, all coming via a solo and a grand slam home run.
