To all umpires- we lost Frank Cortez of the Greater San Joaquin Umpires Association yesterday after a long illness. Frank as you know was the UIC the Greater San Joaquin Umpires Association for many years. He touched many of our lives, and our prayers are now with him and his family. God Bless you Frank.
