in 1992 over 70 teams came to the masters 40. last year down to under ten. this same pattern that happened in the 80s. my suggestion would be to have the 40s 45s 50s along with a A divsion for each group at one site. Have more teams and with a A divsion in each group more teams would come. _________________ rick |

sure im all for any masters tourney that would include an open field from teams anywere in the world nafa isc but asa is the usa tourney and it has the capability to jump start particpation in all the divisions. Usually once a team folds that area probably wont come back . Might be a good idea for the asa to combine the open division, majors /A div/b/c. The whole idea is to increase participation and avoid losing teams and players. thanks rick _________________ rick |
