I would be at fault if I didn't thank Eddie Ybarra and his outstanding grounds crew for a very well run tournament. It was a pleasure playing at such a nice complex and appreciated that the fields were so well taken care of. There also was plenty of shaded areas for the fans. The dugouts were covered which definitely helped the players out.

Special shout out to The Tribe maybe the team with the most heart I have ever seen. We could not put them down and they refused to give up and played hard the entire 7 innings. Also special recognition to their pitcher Mark for throwing all those innings in that incredible heat. And their catcher for having so much energy where we were all dragging.

Thanks again to the guys who joined the Sox and made this happen when it looked like none of us would be going because are teams droped out. I hope next year will be as fun and competitive.

just to clarify the tribes team is composed of players from 8 different tribes in southern cal but what difference does that make this is our team. we are all friends and family that play together when big tournaments come up . as far as b nationals we are not going . i dont know where that came from, we are going to the all indian nationals in 2 weeks .hopefully we can play in the alliance next year judging from all the coments it sounds very competitive. congrats to the black sox and also to dude for hosting a great tournament we will be back next year where ever it may be.

We had some awesome games with the Tribe in Fresno. It was a pleasure playing against a team of your caliber and sportsmanship. Hope you guys can play in the Alliance next year. It would make the league better with an additional team such as yours. Good luck at the Indian nationals.

P.S. Good luck to all the California teams going to Nebraska and hopefully one of us will bring back the title to California!
