hello to all, fantastic message board here.
Wanted to introduce our league, we have been in existence since 1959. We play fastpitch in the DeKalb/Sycamore area and while the league is not exceptionally talented, we're always training new pitchers and generally trying to bring back and solidify the game of fastpitch in our area. Our website is www.dscfastpitch.com. We had thirteen teams last season and are looking to expand a little further.
If you are in the area and attend a local church that is not already participating, feel free to contact me about adding a team for the 2011 season, which will begin the first week of May after the Icebreaker tournament.
Again, fantastic board and I wish everyone all the best this season. |

I just wanted to say what a great job Keith does with the league. Keep it up Keith!
I am on my way to Florida this afternoon for the AAU.
Take care.

| congradulations to Hope Community of St. Charles, who wins the championship of the DeKalb/Sycamore Church Fastpitch League for 2011. Dale McMillan is the pitcher of record for the winners. Next year the League is looking to expand to sixteen teams and play at four different locations in DeKalb County. Two spots remain in the eighteen spots we have available if you are in DeKalb or Kane County and would like to put a church team in. We are always looking for experienced pitchers who need extra innings. Our website is www.dscfastpitch.com |
