I will be attempting to contact each team’s representative to confirm your arrival and arrange a later start time for your team if necessary.<\/p>\n

Also, I would greatly appreciate you forwarding this email and its attachments to all those affiliated with our sport (I do not have contact information for the following teams scheduled\/interested – Idaho, Montana, Old Growth (OR), Shiggy’s team (OR)).<\/p>\n

As mentioned on the Profile and Flyer, the host Hotel is The Ameristay Inn & Suites, Moses Lake; their normal rate is is $109\/night and I believe they gave us a rate of $90\/night. The hotel is a 1 mile drive from the ballpark and 10 seconds walking distance from the after tourney hangout, Papa’s Casino\/Bar\/Bowling Alley\/Restaurant.<\/p>\n

Dear Managers\/Coaches\/Players,<\/p>\n

\tWELCOME TO THE 1st ANNUAL COLUMBIA BASIN MEN\u2019S FASTPITCH INVITATIONAL <\/p>\n

\tThis year’s tournament will be an 8 team round-robin (RR) tournament. Please note that all teams will advance to the Championship Round on Sunday. The Run Rule will be 15 after 3 innings, 12 after 4 innings, and 7 after 5 innings.<\/p>\n

Just a reminder, the use of bats on the ASA Non Approved Bat List in the tournament will not be allowed. To obtain a copy of the ASA Non Approved Bat List go to www.softball.org.<\/p>\n

If you have any questions, don\u2019t hesitate to contact me. It should be a great kickoff weekend of fastpitch softball! Good luck to all teams.<\/p>\n
