An early lead helped\u00a0USA Men’s National Team<\/a>\u00a0defeat Dominican Republic 5-1 on Monday.USA Men’s National Team<\/a>\u00a0took the lead on a home run in the first inning.<\/p>\n

USA Men’s National Team<\/a>\u00a0took an early lead in the first inning.\u00a0Tyler Dudley<\/a>\u00a0homered on a 0-2 count in the first inning, scoring two runs.<\/p>\n

USA Men’s National Team<\/a>\u00a0scored three runs in the sixth inning.\u00a0USA Men’s National Team<\/a>‘s big inning was driven by a single by\u00a0Nick Mullins<\/a>\u00a0and a double by\u00a0Cameron Schiller<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Tony Mancha<\/a>\u00a0earned the win for\u00a0USA Men’s National Team<\/a>. He threw seven innings, giving up one run, three hits, and striking out seven.<\/p>\n
