KATS ATHLETIC CLUB Aloha!<\/p>\n The Kats Athletic Club and the County of Hawaii Department of Parks and Recreation will host the Annual Bob Rapp Memorial Men\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Fast-Pitch Softball Tournament in February 2007. This is a fast-pitch three (3) games guarantee bracket with tournament champions receiving a berth to the NAFA World Series scheduled for August 2007. This tournament promises to be fun, exciting, and is billed as the largest fast-pitch tournament in the State of Hawaii. Teams from Japan, Western United States, Canada, and Hawaii have been invited to participate.<\/p>\n DATES: FEBRUARY 16-19, 2007 <\/p>\n A $150.00 deposit by CASH, CASHIER\u00e2\u20ac\u2122S CHECK, and or MONEY ORDER IS required no later than December 15, 2006, in order to secure a berth in the 27th Annual Tournament. Along with your deposit, please include a team name, a contact person\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s name, telephone number (with area code), mailing address, and e-mail address if applicable. This information will be used to relay tournament information. Tournament play begins Friday, February 16, 2007, at 6:00 p.m., however, this date is subject to change pending the number of team entries. Tournament play ends on Monday, February 19, 2007, with the championship game scheduled for noon.<\/p>\n There will be a concession booth available during the entire tournament.<\/p>\n As always, we do not offer expense or prize money of any kind; however, as noted earlier, tournament champions receive a berth to the NAFA World Series. Trophies for 1st to 3rd places and All-Star awards will also be presented.<\/p>\n The Hawaii Naniloa Surf Hotel, Uncle Billy\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Hilo Bay Hotel, and The Hilo Hawaiian Hotel are providing special rates to those participating in the Bob Rapp Tournament.
