Sixteen teams will compete in the Rose Cup &#038; 8 will battle it out for the Classic title.  Broken Bow returns to defend their 2004 Rose Cup title.  Of course, they also are the defending ISC Champions.  A big welcome back to this class team!  The Boise Clippers return to defend their DeMarini Classic title.  Prince George, BC makes their first Rose Cup appearance with Collin McKenzie and Kevin Careless added to their pitching staff.  The Vancouver Grey Sox have beefed up their already strong roster with the addition of Evan Potskin (OF), Gerry Kennedy (1B\/DH)  &#038; Rick Smith (P) to mention a few.  The SoCal Bombers look very impressive with the addition of  Tony Peeples (P), Todd Garcia (C), Jason Porto (Inf) &#038; Travis Price (P).  Team Rainey has added pitcher, Bricklen Anderson. More to come on fastpitchwest.com on the various teams, but it looks like a very strong field.  Every year has featured lots of upsets and this year should be no exception.
