For those of you that committed to the Cinco de Mayo Tournament please review the Hotel information along. Note, you must make reservation by April 11, to get these rates. Read the contract closely. If you make team reservation and want to cancel you must do so by April 11th to get a complete refund. Otherwise you will be charge for one night for however many rooms you reserved. If you make individual reservations you must cancel 24 hours prior to the reservation date for complete refund. In case of a rain-out they will cancel the reservations and provide you full credit for the un-use portion of the reservations. The facilities are very nice and they anticipate being completely booked for that weekend. Call (210) 599-4204 ext 6017 and ask Sheila all the questions you might have. See you at the Cinco de Mayo. <\/p>\n

\nIndividual reservations cancelled within 24 hours of arrival date will be charged first night suite and tax.
\nHotel must be advised of group cancellation 21 days prior to arrival for full refund of any deposit and avoidance of attrition
\npenalties. Group cancellations within 21 days are subject to first night suite and tax charges. All individual reservations
\noutside of group block are subject to 24 hours cancellation without penalty.
\nIMPOSSIBILITY
\nThe performance of this agreement is subject to any circumstances making it illegal or impossible to provide or use the
\nhotel facilities, including acts of God, war, government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disaster or curtailment of
\ntransportation facilities. The agreement may be terminated only for one of the above reasons by written notice from
\neither Hotel or “*group” to the other within ten (10) days of learning the basis of termination.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n
