The 18th Annual Best of the West Tournament, the longest running open level tournament in California will be held in beautiful, sunny Santa Barabara, with David Blackburn once again serving as Tournament Director. David is the head of streaming media for the ISC, and responsible for bringing live broadcasts — audio and video – to men’s fastball.<\/p>\n
