The Hill is centrally located, approximately 15 minutes driving time from downtown<\/p>\n<p>Vancouver and from Vancouver International Airport. The selected weekend is immediately prior to the commencement of the International Softball Federation (\u00e2\u20ac\u0153ISF\u00e2\u20ac\u009d)<\/p>\n<p>World Championship in Saskatoon that runs from July 17-26. International teams are welcome in the Vancouver Challenge.<\/p>\n<p>Tournament Details<br \/>\n8th Annual Vancouver Challenge Dates: Fri July 10 \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Sun July 12, 2009<br \/>\nClass: Men\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Open<br \/>\nEntry Fee: $350.00 (Cdn Funds)<br \/>\nNumber of Games: 4 guaranteed<br \/>\nNumber of Teams: 8<br \/>\nExpense Money: $2,800.00  (* based on 8 teams):<br \/>\n 1st place: $1,400.00<br \/>\n 2nd place:     700.00<br \/>\n 3rd place:     350.00<br \/>\n 4th place:     350.00<\/p>\n<p>(* expense money will be adjusted if fewer than 8 teams, but all entry fees will be paid out)<\/p>\n<p>Entry cheques should be made payable to Vancouver Grey Sox and mailed c\/o:<\/p>\n<p> Conrad A.
