Santa Cecelia\/Mexicali (Mexicali tournament champs) likewise would warrant inclusion if they were competing in this year’s ISC World Tournament, as would Innovative Communications of Salt Lake City, Utah, giving the western region (at least) ten (10) strong, nationally ranked teams.
