The New York Gremlins are finally ready to announce their roster and schedule for the 2010 season. The Gremlins will be returning with most of our key players from last season including ASA All Americans John Rozich, Derek Pukash & Bryan Newton. In February we announced the additions of Paul Koert, Travis Wilson, Landy Rodriguez and Jeff Hook. We are pleased to add 3 more notable names to that list. All 3 of these players have worn the Gremlin Green before and we welcome them back to the squad.<\/p>\n

Paul Walford<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Paul\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s accomplishments in the game are too numerous to list. Paul helped coach the Gremlins at the AAU and provided a strong bat off the bench. The team was so impressed with his leadership and ability to share his knowledge that we begged and pleaded with him to reconsider his pending retirement decision. Fortunately for us it worked.<\/p>\n

Frank DeGroat <\/strong>\u00e2\u20ac\u201c A member of the US National team, Frank is a 2 time ISC All Word selection as well as 2X ASA All American. Frank played with the Gremlins for a short time many years ago in modified and has always been a favorite of our sponsor. After opposing Frank for so many years it will be nice to finally have him on our side. Frank will be used primarily as a DH this season.<\/p>\n

Rhys Casley<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Rhys is a member of the New Zealand Black Sox and a 3 time ISC All World selection. Rhys spent quite a few seasons as a Gremlin and our squad is excited at the thought of having him back in our lineup. Rhys is a versatile player that we can use at several positions. We expect him to play in the OF this season.<\/p>\n
