A-1 Tank from Hayward,CA is going To Mankato, Minnesota for the NAFA A-Major tournament. The Tank will open against Cerro Gordo of Minnesota at 7pm on opening night, Thursday, August 18, 2005. The tournament runs through Sunday, August 21, 2005.<\/p>\n
Their first game opponent, Cerro Gordo took 7th in the NAFA “A” division in 2003 with a 6-2 record, was reclassified for 2004 to NAFA “AA”, but did not play. (There was no “A-Major division until 2004). A-1 Tank was classified as ASA “B” until October of 2004 when they were dropped to the “C” division by the ASA Committee.<\/p>\n
