{"id":734,"date":"2006-01-16T16:24:08","date_gmt":"2006-01-17T00:24:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fastpitchwest.com\/morningbrief\/?p=734"},"modified":"2006-01-16T16:25:09","modified_gmt":"2006-01-17T00:25:09","slug":"fedlock-midland-join-forces-for-2006-aau","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.fastpitchwest.com\/morningbrief\/?p=734","title":{"rendered":"Fedlock, Midland Join Forces for 2006 AAU"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>The following is one in a series of team profiles for the AAU Tournament, January 19-22, 2006:<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img src=\"http:\/\/www.fastpitchwest.com\/images2\/aau_usa.jpg\" alt=\"http:\/\/www.fastpitchwest.com\/images2\/aau_usa.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Perhaps the FedLock Falcon team name for the DisneyWorld 2006 AAU Tournament should read &#8220;FedLock Midland Chicago.&#8221;  Two quality ballclubs are joining forces to journey to the warm temperatures of Orlando, Florida for a few days of top competition in January.  The extended weather forecast predicts daytime temps to be in the mid-70 degree range.  As long as it doesn&#8217;t dip into the 30 degree range, as it did a few years ago in Orlando, the northern ballplayers will be quite pleased to be there.<\/p>\n<p>2006 AAU FedLock is a combo platter of Midland players, FedLock players, and a sprinkling of old friends &#038; some new faces.
