Portland made it to the championship game last year, but finished second to the Vancouver Grey Sox.  In 2006, however, it was a perfect 7-0 weekend.   Brian Ree homered in the championship game, while pitcher Terry Luster picked up the win, over the Bombers&#8217; Travis Price.  One imagines that the So Cal Bombers can relate to the satisfaction Portland derived by winning the tournament after finishing second in 2005.
