\nIn the special men’s category, the Saskatoon Sr. Diamondbacks added national-team pitcher, Trevor Ethier<\/strong>, to an already strong staff that featured former national teamer Dean Holoien<\/strong> as well as Jeff Farion, who is a recent addition to Team Canada’s athlete pool. Diamondback shortstop Brennan Pokoyoway<\/strong> was also recently added to our men’s national-team program.<\/p>\n

Rumour has it that the league will see the return of Bryan Newton.<\/strong> Newton has been pitching in the United States for the last few years and is part of Don Bates’ national team program’s pitching staff.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
