The 2011 schedule for Argentina will see them return the hospitality favor of Australia, with the Junior Aussies traveling south to Argentina in late September.  The last time we saw the Argentine Junior national team was in 2008 at Whitehorse, Yukon Canada, where they upset New Zealand, beating them for the first time ever, with a spectacular, extra inning, game ending triple play to close things out. While they did not medal at Whitehorse, they left with a winning record, tying Mexico and Venezuela for the best finish of teams just missing the medal round, and ahead of the United States.<\/p>\n<p>The Argentine Junior national team head coach from 2008 was Eduardo Sabate&#8217;, who was promoted to head coach of the senior national team in 2010.<\/p>\n<p>You have to tip your cap to the Argentines.
