With a 2-1 record in pool play, they finished as the fifth seed as it was a tough day with four other teams finishing with 2-1 records.<\/p>\n<p>Liberty FP started the single elimination against San Diego Primetime and won 5-1 which put them against the number one seed Panteras in the semi-finals.  In a tough played game it took extra innings to decide the game, but Liberty FP came out on top and left the Panteras tying run on base to end the game.<\/p>\n<p>In the championship game they faced Macabbi USA and Liberty FP had Darrin McCall in the circle against Jason Gluckman.  Mitch Brim opened the game with a double and would come in to score on a sacrifice fly for a quick 1-0 lead.
