Editor’s note: <\/strong> Through the 5pm games on Thursday, the top two teams in the field of 48 are both from Mexico, with Baja Fastpitch picking up 2 wins in their first two games, behind the pitching of Panfilo Valdez, and Petreleros also notching two wins against no losses. Thirty (30) games in the books already, with one more set of six games to go at 7pm EST, including a Team Canada v. Cutro nightcap.<\/p>\n

Friday will see another full slate of round robin games, with that portion of the tournament concluding Friday night, before moving on to the single elimination championship and consolation bracket on Saturday and Sunday.<\/p>\n
