\nAND THEN THERE WERE FOUR<\/strong><\/p>\n

There are now only four slots left for the AAU Men\u2019s International Fastpitch Championship. The deadline is November 25, or when the tournament fills, whichever comes first. Although there are four slots left, six teams filed their Intent to Participate that have not confirmed their participation by submitting their entry fee. You don\u2019t want to be one of the last two teams because the field cannot be expanded. We are looking forward to seeing all these fine teams in January!<\/p>\n

ONLY NINE SLOTS LEFT for the AAU MEN\u2019S INTERNATIONAL FASTPITCH CHAMPIONSHIP<\/strong><\/p>\n

Just a friendly reminder that the deadline date for submitting entry fees to the AAU Men’s International Fastpitch Championship is November 25. We will be accepting 32 teams and to date, 35 teams have filed their Intent to Participate. We do not waitlist teams until all 32 slots have been confirmed by teams submitting their entry fee. 23 teams have now paid so there are only nine slots left.<\/p>\n

We are looking forward to having your team at this prestigious event. Please do not miss this important deadline or we may not be able to accept your team.<\/p>\n

\nAs of November 8, 2012, one more team – Elmira Erb Electric Expos \u2013 has registered and secured their slot in the upcoming International Championship at ESPN Wide World of Sports. There are now only 12 slots left. Will your team be among the 32 competing in this prestigious event? The deadline date is November 25, 2012, or when the tournament sells out, whichever comes first. The entry fee is only $500.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Clarification on Entry Rules for AAU Men\u2019s International Fastpitch Championship<\/strong><\/p>\n

The deadline date for the International Championship at ESPN Wide World of Sports is November 25, 2012. If on November 25 there are not 32 participating teams, we will continue to accept registrations until that level is reached. Please note that we are unable to save berths for any team until their registration is complete. Registration is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. Once 32 teams have registered, no more teams will be accepted. Please be advised all registrations must be completed in advance for scheduling purposes and no registrations will be accepted at check-in. Also note that in fairness to all teams, registration fees cannot be waived for any team nor can complimentary rooms be provided. The only exception to the waiver of the entry fee is the prior year\u2019s winner. This is offered as a reward of the tournament each year and published in advance on the tournament flyer.<\/p>\n

We apologize in advance if the above policies are different from those to which you have become accustomed, but the current policies are in place so all teams have equal access to the event.
