Payment must be received by the deadline or a team may not be included in the World Tournament schedule.<\/p>\n<p>ISC Region Definitions: US West: Eliminate the exception that players from British Columbia may play on a Washington or Oregon team and be considered in region and vice-versa. Canada West: Eliminate the exception that players from British Columbia may play on a Washington or Oregon team and be considered in region and vice-versa. Eliminate the exception that players from Manitoba may play for teams in North Dakota and Moorhead, MN only and be considered in region and vice versa.
