Samoa earned the third seed over USA (also 4-3) by virtue of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.softball.org.nz\/Tradestaff+WSC+2013+Results\/Day+Two+-+02032013\/D2+-+BS.html#10\">head-to-head matchup with USA<\/a>.  Samoa is led by pitchers Zane Siolo and Thomas Enoka (brother of New Zealand&#8217;s Ben Enoka). The win over USA was their biggest win in pool play, occurring on Day 2, and getting them momentum in the tournament.<\/p>\n<p>Samoa&#8217;s roster is comprised of players from New Zealand, with the exception of Mani Alapae. They finish with the same record as Argentina, though Argentina earned a number three seed by virtue of their win over Japan.
