And a tip of the cap to all of our readers\/my friends in Canada:<\/p>\n

I think it’s safe to say that 2015 is going down as the year of the Canadians. Not only did Canada host the two biggest events in international men’s fastball, but they decided to go out and win GOLD at both<\/strong>. (The WBSC World Championships in Saskatoon, Sasketchewan, and the Pan American Games in Toronto.).<\/p>\n

Canada’s baseball<\/em> team took gold with a win over the Americans.<\/p>\n

Add to that a Canadian based team won the ISC World Tournament this year, in South Bend, IN. (Hill United), beating another<\/em> Canadian team, (Toronto Gators).<\/p>\n

The ISC II title was won by…you guessed it….a Canadian team (Wiarton Nationals)….beating another Canadian team (Kingston Axemen).<\/p>\n

In the ISC Legends division, a Canadian team (Durham Bulls) beat…a Canadian team (Toronto Gators).<\/p>\n

Well, one more for good measure that is a given…a team from Canada will win the Sr. Canadian Championship this weekend in Quebec.<\/p>\n

And who knows, the Blue Jays? They are currently sitting in first place, a game and a half up on the New York Yankees. Echo Ross (among others) thinks so.<\/p>\n
