This is a second email update regarding the Las Vegas Road Trip X.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Due Date<\/b><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n
The Las Vegas Road Trip X payment due date is quickly approaching so teams that have not paid will have until Friday, February 17, 2017<\/span><\/span>, otherwise, you run the risk of being dropped to the waiting list.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
How it will work<\/b><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n
Teams listed below, in each division, are in order of which they paid followed by the order in which they notified the tournament director of their interest in participating in the tournament \u2013 the waiting list follows the same concept.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Teams listed as \u201cPaid\u201d have guaranteed their spot in the tournament. Come February 18, 2017<\/span><\/span>teams from the waiting list who have paid will be moved into the corresponding division and the team at the bottom of the list who has not paid will be moved down to the waiting list in the order in which the team notified the tournament director of their interest.<\/div>\n

If a division still has teams that have not paid, then whoever pays first either from the division list or waiting list will be entered into the tournament until it becomes full.<\/div>\n
