SOFTBALL: Rising softball star Michael Ludkin has been rewarded for his display at the recent Under-19 State Championships with a place in the Queensland U19 Men’s team.<\/p>\n

The men’s and women’s teams were announced following the conclusion of the 2017 Queensland U19 Men’s and Women’s State Championships, which were used as a selection opportunity.<\/p>\n

The championships were held between September 29 to October 1 and saw teams from across the state converge on Brisbane for the Women’s tournament and Redcliffe for the Men’s tournament.<\/p>\n

The newly named 2018 Queensland U19 Men’s and Women’s teams will now train towards competing at the 2018 Australian U19 Championships, which will be staged at Sydney’s Blacktown International Sportspark between January 22-28.\u00a0 Click here to continue reading and to view photo of young Michael Ludkin.<\/a><\/div>\n<\/article>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
