The #2 ranked New York Gremlins looked to be headed back to familiar territory — the Winner’s Bracket Final on Thursday night, taking a 4-2 lead into the 6th inning against the upstart California team from Agoura Hills, JB. The Gremlins scored three runs in the second inning, though JB kept it close, scoring two in the bottom of the 3rd. The Gremlins scored an insurance run in the top of the 5th, while NY ace Andrew Kirkpatrick pitched a scoreless bottom of the 5th. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

But in the bottom of the 5th, JB struck twice, on back to back homers by JB Catcher Rafael Flores, and Juan Villalvaza, to tie the game 4-4 and swinging the momentum to JB. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
