From the Bunburry Mail, AustraliaGlen Huon Sportsground is set to stage a softball tournament featuring some of the state’s best male softball players at the end of the month.
The Bunbury and Districts Softball Association will host a senior men’s fast pitch softball tournament at their softball headquarters from June 27 to June 29.
Sponsored by the Quality Hotel Lord Forrest, the tournament has seven competing teams featuring a number of former and current state and national players.
Flying in from Queensland to help out the local side is pitcher Damien Nairn who was a member of the Australian colts under 19 team that won gold at the world under 19s championships. Click here to continue reading at the Bunburry Mail.
