MIDLAND, MI— The Midland Junior Explorers earned their second consecutive world championship, beating the Alvinston Junior Indians in the International Softball Congress Under-21 World Championship game in Kitchener, Ontario.
Midland beat Alvinston (Ontario) with a walk-off 1-0 decision in the title game after Drew Thompson from Reese singled and moved to second on a bunt by Ty Hess.
