SCIFL will be hosting its first annual Cecilio E. Smalling Memorial Tournament on April 22 – 23, 2017 at Little Lake Park, Santa Fe Springs, CA.
Saturday, all pool play games will be 1 hour 30 minutes. Sunday, 1 hour 30 minutes time limit will apply or 7 innings whichever comes first. In the event of a tie the International Tie Breaker will be used. Games must have a winner for a team to advance.
Players, please remember if you have not had your bat(s) checked you need to make sure to test your bat(s) so you can have a tamper proof decal sticker on it before you are allowed to use it.
As of today, no one has contacted me willing to put up fences so no fences will be used. Teams interested in putting up fences please contact me so we can arrange time to prep the fields.
