Day One

The Amigos opened up the tournament with a lost tonight against the SA Titans. The final score was 12 – 7 with Tommy Oberagon and Robert Martinez sharing the pitching duties as Anthony Martinez did not make the trip. The Amigos will face the loser of Friday’s 8:30 AM game of Rude-Pac/Luna’s Towing of Amado, AZ. The Amigos game is scheduled for Friday afternoon at 1:00 PM.

The Savala Rounders lost their first game against the Memphis Posse 9 – 0 with Russ Snow taking the loss. Cary Weiler and Mitch Mendenhall also pitched in the game. Their next game is scheduled for 3:00 PM on Friday against the loser of Italian Athletic Club and MoKan Twins.

The Panteras will face CR/Addias of Portland, OR on Friday morning at 8:30 AM and as mentioned above Rude-Pac’s first game is against Luna’s Towing.

The results from the other California teams from Thursday:

Taylor Farms lost their first game of the tournament 2 – 1 against Tiffany’s Food & Spirits of Frankenmuth, MI. Their next game is Friday at 1:00 PM against the loser of the Panteras/Luna’s Towing game.

The Italian Athletic Club got California in the win bracket tonight with a 10 -1 victory against Castro Concrete of Austin, TX and will face the MoKan Twins of Fort Scott, KS at 10:30 AM on Friday.

River City Rockers open up against Landis Supermarket of Telford, PA at 10:30 AM on Friday

Romie’s Angels will face Brotherton Pipeline/Global Pacific of Grants Pass, OR also at 10:30 AM on Friday
