Rules: As per 2008 ASA Official Rules of Softball and Texas ASA supplement.

Time Limit: 1 Hour 15 minute for all games
Run Rule: 15 Runs after 3 Innings 8 Runs after 5 Innings
Tie Breaker: International tie-breaker will be used as per 2008 ASA Code.
Awards: 1st – 4th Place Team Trophy
1st – 2nd 15 t-shirts
