Gerald, it has just been brought to my attention that I’ve been named as a party in a law suit filed by Disney studios and Tarrant Hightopp AKA the “Mad Hatter” The law suit alleges that I have fitted you with so many hats it is now threatening Mr Hightopp’s reputation and livelyhood by infringing upon his schtick. Please quit allowing me to “Hat Trick” you everytime we meet. My attorney has advised me not to throw rise balls and change ups to you anymore to avoid any further litigation .
