Roy Halladay of the Philadelphia Phillies was not the only pitcher tossing a perfect game this weekend. Mark Bennett of Team Jones Portland matched that feat Sunday night at Grant’s Pass, Oregon, shutting down Tule Lake at the Boatnik Tournament, striking out 17.
Bennett and his Portland team will return to play on Monday at 11:15, as the remaining teams battle it out for the 2010 Boatnik crown.
