For those who may not have known Ken, he was the ISC II Umpire in chief in 2008 at Appleton, Wisconsin, but was badly injured and paralyzed in an auto accident in April 2009, in Colorado on his way to Las Vegas for a bowling tournament.
His moniker “Comic dude” reflected his comedic nature his friends knew so well. His passing comes after battling to recover for more than two years, during which time he was honored by selection to the Minnesota Sports Hall of Fame.
