Tavistock Minor Ball Cephas Roth Memorial Mens Fastball Tournament
The schedule and field of teams is now complete, and final preparations are well in the works to welcome the Fastball World to the village of Tavistock July 14th to the 17th, 2011.
The opening pitch will take place at the Queens Park at 7:00pm on Thursday evening when the Kitchener Cubs will do battle with local rivals the Shakespeare Falcons. At 9:00pm on the same diamond, the Elmira Expos will take on the Sweaburg Crush. On Friday the Argentina Jr. Nats will face the Crush at 5:00pm followed by a full slate of games scheduled for both diamonds throughout the evening.
The Defending World Champion Jarvis Travelers will take on the Expos at 7:00pm on the Queens Diamond immediately following the Opening Ceremonies and 26 games in all will take place over 4 exciting and festive days in Tavistock. Click Al’s Fastball logo for more.
