Spanish Language Audio Broadcast added for tonight, Tuesday August 16, 2011 (7pm CDT, Jarvis vs. MN)

Cristian Lacout of Softbol Radio in Argentina has added a Spanish language broadcast to the schedule, tonight’s Elite Eight Winner’s Bracket game between #1 ranked Jarvis ON Travelers vs. the #9 ranked Minnesota Angels. Minnesota’s roster features a number of Argentine players, so the broadcast should be of particular interest to the folks there.

The 2011 Spanish language broadcasts mark the second year that Cristian Lacout and Softbol Radio have partnered with Ballpark Radio, which carries the audio stream for the broadcasts, via Softbol Radio. Softbol Radio is based in Parana, Argentina, about 2 hours from Buenos Aires. Parana is home to many (most) of the top fastball players from Argentina, including Sebastian Gervasutti, Juan Potliccio, Max Montero and others. The city will host to the ISF Junior World Championships next year.
