The Kingston Axeman score 3 runs in the top of the ninth inning to edge Waterdown Hammer, 4-1 in the ISC II semifinal, in advance to face the Wiarton Nationals in the ISC two championship game at 4 PM EDT, a game that will be live video streamed on the ISC Network.
The game was tied at one through regulation, and continued into the ninth inning. Brad Pender of the Kingston Axeman struck the big blow, a three-run Game-winning home run.
Mitch Hardy picked up the win for Kingston.
