Omma Tigres Drops Game To AWP Lumberjacks After Late Score
Omma Tigres lost the lead late in a 4-1 defeat to AWP Lumberjacks on Wednesday. The game was tied at one with AWP Lumberjacks batting in the top of the ninth when Carlos Carreno homered on a 1-0 count, scoring two runs.
Omma Tigres lost despite out-hitting AWP Lumberjacks eight to seven.

J&B Five Run Sixth Keys Victory over Circle Tap
Derek Mayson stayed hot Wednesday, following his three RBI day Tuesday with two more hits Wednesday, including a 2-run homer to cap the 5 run outburst for J&B in the sixth inning.
J&B entered the 6th trailing by two runs. Yusef Davis’s RBI single got them to within one, followed by J Rodriguez Pena’s 2-run triple that put them up by a run. Mayson then capped the inning with the 2 run homer to right to seal the game.
Wednesday’s game against J&B was a heartbreaker for Circle Tap Dukes, as they lost the lead late in a 7-4 defeat. The game was tied at four with J&B batting in the top of the sixth when Lenny Josue Villalvazo Pena‘s sac fly scored one run for J&B.
J&B got things moving in the first inning, when Villalvazo Pena hit a solo homer.
Circle Tap Dukes tallied three runs in the fifth inning. Matt Ratliff and Manuel Godoy each drove in runs during the inning.
Justin Schofield got the win for J&B. The pitcher surrendered two runs on two hits over one inning, striking out one and walking zero.
Jorge Segura took the loss for Circle Tap Dukes. Segura lasted five and two-thirds innings, allowing eight hits and seven runs while striking out eight.
Sean Cleary started the game for J&B. Cleary lasted six innings, allowing three hits and two runs while striking out nine
Circle Tap Dukes hit one home run on the day. Blair Ezekiel had a dinger in the second inning.
Ratliff went 2-for-4 at the plate to lead Circle Tap Dukes in hits. Circle Tap Dukes was sure-handed and didn’t commit a single error. Ezekiel made the most plays with eight.
