Drillers Star Hits Homer and Two Singles

Marshall Kronk collected three hits in three at bats, as NorthEast Drillers 18O defeated STK Fastball 11-0 on Monday at G33 D1. WG18 VS WG19. Kronk hit a home run to left field in the fourth inning, singled in the first inning, and singled in the third inning. NorthEast Drillers 18O scored six runs in the fourth inning on the way to victory. a passed ball scored one run, Kronk homered to left field, scoring three runs, and Juan Zara homered to center field, scoring two runs. NorthEast Drillers 18O got on the board in the first inning after Teo Migliavacca hit a solo home run to right field. NorthEast Drillers 18O extended their early lead with four runs in the top of the third thanks to home runs by Cam Schiller and Jordan Solorio.

Nick Patrick stepped in the circle first for STK Fastball. The starting pitcher allowed four hits and two runs over two and two-thirds innings, striking out three and walking none. Martin Gonzalez tossed one inning of scoreless ball for NorthEast Drillers 18O in relief. The right-handed pitcher surrendered zero hits, striking out two and walking none. NorthEast Drillers 18O collected 15 hits in the game. Kronk and Blaine Milheim each collected three hits for NorthEast Drillers 18O. Migliavacca, Zara, and Solorio each collected multiple hits for NorthEast Drillers 18O. NorthEast Drillers 18O didn’t commit a single error in the field. Zara had the most chances in the field with seven. STK Fastball were sure-handed in the field and didn’t commit a single error. Brett Larson had the most chances in the field with eight. STK Fastball turned one double play in the game.
