Championship Game Walk-off Home Run by Nick Shailes
ST. CATHARINES, Ont. – Two West Prince athletes continue to be impact players with Six Nations Hill United Chiefs.
Mitch Hardy and Jeff Ellsworth, who helped the Chiefs win the International Softball Congress (ISC) men’s world tournament last summer, helped them win their own tournament last weekend in St. Catharines, Ont.
The Chiefs were trailing Argentina by a run in the bottom of the seventh inning of the championship final of the Hill United Snapper Shootout on Sunday, when Ellsworth hit a one-out double.
