Bear Creek Express outsted Houston Aces 5-3 on Friday, April 4, 2025.
Bear Creek Express jumped out to the lead in the top of the first inning after Salgado tripled, scoring one run, and David Galeno hit an inside the park home run, scoring two runs.
Devon Mccullough earned the win for Bear Creek Express. The starting pitcher surrendered one hit and three runs (zero earned) over four and two-thirds innings, striking out nine and walking three. Julio Rodriguez took the loss for Houston Aces. The starting pitcher went three innings, allowing three runs on five hits, striking out six and walking two. Pami appeared in relief for Bear Creek Express.
David Galeno drove the middle of the lineup, leading Bear Creek Express with two runs batted in. The shortstop went 1-for-3 on the day. Yusef Davis and Salgado each collected two hits for Bear Creek Express. Laskowski led Bear Creek Express with two walks. A line out by Ty Sebastian put Bear Creek Express on the board in the bottom of the first.
Yusef Davis hit an inside the park home run, scoring two runs in the bottom of the second for the Bear Creek Express.
David Galeno hit a solo inside the park home run in the bottom of the fifth for the Bear Creek Express.
