It is with great pleasure I announce the eight teams who will compete for the title this June 29 – July 2, 2006 at the World Fastball Invitational in Monkton Ontario.

County Materials
The Farm
Kitchener Hallman Twins
Orillia Riversharks,

It goes without saying that the above teams are all “world class organizations”, with the very best players and coaches on the planet, which is what our tourney is all about. We look forward to hosting these teams at the most anticipated tournament of the summer.

Editor’s note: You might be looking at 80% of the Top 10 for the first set of ISC World Rankings for 2006. Which teams will round out the Top 10? Or, is there a team in the field at Monkton that will not be in the Top 10 preseason rankings? Post your comments by clicking the comments link at the lower right.
